What is Tube Cleaning System?

Thermax Tube Cleaning System keeps heat exchanger and condenser clean by running soft balls through the tubes on preset time cycles, eliminating foulant and residue deposits & build-up without harmful chemicals. This environmentfriendly system is the key to energy-saving cost effective tube cleaning.

How ATCS Work?

  • The system keeps heat exchangers and condensers clean by running soft balls through the tubes on preset time cycles.
  • The soft balls, slightly larger in diameter than the tubes, are injected simultaneously by air pressure that is approximately 2 bars higher than the heat exchanger inlet pressure.
  • The water flow from the injector carries the balls along the heat exchanger tubes. The balls rub the tubes and then trapped on the outlet of the heat exchanger.
  •  The balls are returned to the collector where washing removes the residue. The balls are held clean in the collector to await the next run.
